Some old footage from the 80's of Wong Shun Leung giving a seminar on the Wooden Dummy. Wong Shun Leung (Chinese: 黃淳樑) 8 May 1935 – 28 January 1997) was a Chinese martial artist from Hong Kong who studied Wing Chun kung fu under the grandmaster Yip Man and was credited with training Bruce Lee.

Awesome post! I've learned so much. My wooden dummy now fears me, not the other way round. Wong would be proud!
